A 17-year-old from Songkhla, driving a food delivery motorcycle, was tragically killed after colliding with a 6-wheel dump truck at an intersection.
The tragic incident occurred on the Crocodile Farm-Nong Ket Yai road, at the Kuan U intersection in Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District. Bang Lamung police and Sawang Boriboon rescue workers found 17-year-old Jetsada Chaiyapim, the food delivery driver, dead at the scene with a severely fractured skull.
A Honda Wave 125i motorcycle was found severely damaged, along with a 6-wheel Isuzu dump truck with Chonburi license plates. The truck driver stated that the motorcycle crashed into the rear of his truck before being run over by its wheels.
Police investigated the scene and took the dump truck driver into custody for questioning. The body of the deceased is currently being sought from his relatives for religious rites.
